1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ta905, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ta905 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ta905 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all ta905 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one ta905 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta905 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. ta905 will never ask for your password through any channel.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ta905 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on ta905 is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ta905 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your ta905 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ta905 account.
• ta905 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day.
• ta905 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ta905 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered ta905 players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. ta905 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, ta905's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. ta905 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

• Registering more than one ta905 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the ta905 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ta905 games or systems without express written authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ta905 immediately at [email protected].
• Colluding with other players or ta905 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

ta905's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ta905 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ta905 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ta905's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

ta905 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ta905 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ta905 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Termination and Account Closure

ta905 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ta905 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• ta905 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

You may request voluntary closure of your ta905 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Amendments to These Terms
